Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Methods: We offer international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight/size of the order.
• Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location. International shipments typically arrive within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of dispatch By Sea and 5 to 8 days By Air.
• Customs & Duties: You, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international orders.

Returns and Refunds

• Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
• Non-Defective Returns: Returns for non-defective products can be made within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and for orders paid via LC or half-payment, the final balance will be refunded accordingly.
